Ethically made in New York City,the designs are initially hand-carved in wax and then cast in sterling silver. The gold vermeil pieces are heavy-plated in 2.5 microns of 23.5 karat gold and are nickle-free. The silver used for casting is sourced from an environmentally responsible and certified recycled facility.
Shipping
Currently shipping from Canada.
US & Canada shipping: Orders will be shipped through Canada Post. Delivery times will vary between 2-12 days.
International shipping: Orders will be shipped through Canada Post for a fee of $35. International delivery takes between 6 and 20 business days, however we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs may hold a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
Return Policy
We only offer returns & refunds on the rare occasion that an item may have been damaged while getting to you. If this is the case, please email us with photos and we will resolve the issue.
