Caring For your Jewelry
Silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes with wear and contact to air, so we recommend storing your piece in its original dust bag when not in use and using a polishing cloth for buffing when needed.
All of our earring posts are made of hypoallergenic sterling silver, which means they are delicate and can bend. Please be gentle and careful when transporting them, and bend back into place if they get misshapen.
All our gold plating is nickel-free. Our vermeil pieces are heavy-gold plated with 2.5microns of 23.5 karat gold. Our brass pieces are plated with 0.25microns of 23.5 karat gold and finished with a clear lacquer that significantly prolongs the life of the jewelry, ensuring it stays golden for years to come.
We recommend you remove your jewelry when showering, washing your hands, swimming and exercising as to not effect the plating. However, if something does happen to your piece, we offer repairs & re-plating services. Email us for quotes.

US Customers: We offer first class domestic shipping via USPS with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance for $10. For shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.
International Customers: We offer first class domestic shipping via USPS (Canada $16, everywhere else $28). USPS estimates international delivery to take in between 6 and 14 business days, however we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs may hold a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
We only offer returns & refunds on the rare occasion that an item may have been damaged while getting to you. If this is the case, please email us with photos and we will resolve the issue.
